Plantar Faciitis, often called ‘Heel Spur’, is the most common cause of chronic foot pain. In fact, over a lifetime, approximately 10% of the general population will experience plantar fasciitis. Plantar Faciitis is essentially an overuse injury of the thick ligament running underneath your foot, from the heel to the forefoot.
